The MatrixVision® Coaching Program

Completing a MatrixVision® Intensive Course marks the start of a long-term developmental process. While the seminar provides the method, calibration, and first measurable results, sustainable mastery is achieved through continued, structured practice.

Whilst we are able to give a 100% success guarantee for children between 5 and 13 years of age to be able to learn reading while blindfolded using MatrixVision®, the success rates for adult participants are lower due to the physical and psychological disposition of adults. According to our statistics, approximately 80% of adult participants are able to see through the blindfold by the end of the seminar. For participants who have not yet attained clear vision upon completion, it is essential to continue training in a consistent and guided manner to achieve the desired results.

Immediately after attending a MatrixVision® Seminar, all participants are eligible to join the MatrixVision® Coaching Program, allowing them to transition seamlessly from the intensive seminar experience into ongoing guided practice.

2. Why ongoing practice matters

Developing reliable extra-ocular vision is not a one-time event. Like any high-level perceptual or cognitive skill, it requires repetition, correct technique, and progressive refinement under real-life conditions.

"There's no glory in practice, but without practice, there's no glory": This concise statement captures a fundamental truth: practice itself may be demanding and unglamorous, but it is the non-negotiable foundation for all lasting success and visible achievement.

3. The MatrixVision® Coaching Program

The MatrixVision® Coaching Program is a group coaching format designed to support alumni in maintaining momentum, refining technique, and progressing toward stable, clear, and reliable extra-ocular perception. Participants may join immediately after completing a MatrixVision® Seminar. Having completed one of our seminars is a requirement for attending the coaching program.

4. Program Structure

The MatrixVision® Coaching Program is designed to hold each participant accountable for his continuing practice and results.

Highlights:

  1. Every participant must submit a brief weekly progress report to the course instructor and receive individualized, confidential feedback on progress, challenges, and next steps.
  2. Weekly coaching group Zoom calls allow participants to reconnect with like-minded individuals, report on progress made during the previous week, and receive structured guidance for the upcoming practice cycle.
  3. In addition, accountability partners support consistency, reinforce discipline, and help integrate practice into daily life.
  4. A dedicated chat group provides ongoing connection between sessions, enabling participants to stay engaged, share experiences, ask practical questions, and remain focused and motivated in their daily practice.
  5. Ongoing instructor guidance and mentoring provide support with overcoming obstacles, practical tips for effective practice, and direction on how to refine clarity, stability, and confidence.

5. Program Goal

The goal of the MatrixVision® Coaching Program is to mentor, guide, and support each participant in achieving full, clear, and sharp extra-ocular vision - developing the alternative perceptual channel into a stable, high-performing capability that can be accessed reliably and confidently.

This process focuses on increasing clarity and perceptual precision, improving consistency under varying conditions, strengthening confidence through repeatable results, and transitioning from initial breakthroughs to operational mastery.

6. Integration with MatrixVision® Circle Trainings

The Coaching Program is closely integrated with regular MatrixVision® Circle Trainings, where participants can meet in person for multiple days of intensive work. These advanced gatherings accelerate development through immersive practice, direct feedback, and deeper calibration of alternative vision and direct knowledge.

Together, weekly coaching and in-person intensives form a coherent, long-term development pathway.

Why do we offer a Group Coaching Program?

By Dr. Alexander Ressos, MatrixVision®

During our MatrixVision® Intensive Seminars, we consistently observe that participants achieve strong and often impressive results within a very short period of time. Most participants are able to access alternative perception and demonstrate clear, measurable progress during the seminar itself.

However, when we follow up several months later, a recurring pattern becomes evident. Too many participants have not fully incorporated what they learned into their daily lives. When asked why, the reasons are strikingly consistent: lack of regular practice, lack of accountability, and lack of discipline once the structured seminar environment is no longer present.

This insight led us to a clear conclusion. While the seminar provides the foundation and the initial breakthrough experience, long-term mastery requires ongoing structure, guidance, and reinforcement until the new abilities have been fully integrated into daily life and have become second nature. Based on our experience, this integration phase typically requires three to six months of regular, disciplined practice.

For this reason, we developed the MatrixVision® Coaching Program - an ongoing group coaching and mentoring framework designed to support participants beyond the seminar itself. The program provides structure, accountability, and professional guidance during the critical post-seminar phase, where real integration either happens or fades away.

The goal of the MatrixVision® Coaching Program is to help participants fully integrate their new perceptual abilities into everyday life, refine clarity and reliability, and develop a stable level of performance that can be accessed confidently and consistently.

From my perspective as a senior instructor, the MatrixVision® Coaching Program is, although entirely optional, a natural continuation of the seminar for anyone who is serious about long-term mastery. It ensures that the insights and abilities gained during the MatrixVision® seminars do not remain isolated experiences, but evolve into practical, reliable skills that become part of who you are and how you operate in daily life.

To your success,

Dr. Alexander Ressos
