The Bronnikov Method: Information for Human Development

Also known as the systems “Fiery Dragon” and “Ruby Eye of the Dragon”, the Bronnikov Method was introduced by Vyacheslav M. Bronnikov. According to the author, this knowledge came to him during a three-year period of dream training under the guidance of a Tibetan monk. In these dreams, Bronnikov mastered various techniques, underwent examinations with spiritual entities, and eventually began developing and teaching these systems.

The Bronnikov Method is structured into three basic stages and two advanced levels, guiding students through progressive development of perception and bioenergetic abilities.

Stage 1: Ecology of Spirit
This stage focuses on the development of bioenergetic senses and the harmonization of the body’s organs and systems. Students practice 18 fundamental exercises designed to activate every cell of the body and cultivate the “living force”. For example, after a short exercise such as Vertical Pumping, measurable changes can be observed in blood tests — showing increased flexibility and vitality of erythrocytes, as if the person had undergone extended rest or rejuvenation. This training helps individuals restore and maintain health, as well as support loved ones, both in person and at a distance, using energetic patterns and abstract models.

Stage 2: Inner Vision
At this stage, students develop an internal screen — a mental display that allows perception beyond ordinary sight. Through exercises involving memory, imagination, and visualization, they learn to manage inner images, accumulate a photographic memory, and perceive their own body’s structures, bioenergetic flows, and inner processes in fine detail.

Stage 3: External View
The third stage extends the internal screen outward into material space. Students begin perceiving rooms, objects, colors, and details with their eyes closed, as clearly as if they were open. This process resembles dreaming — except the individual is awake and fully conscious, able to access accurate information about the present, the past, and even potential future events.

Advanced Level 1: Development of the Essential Nature of Man
This level prepares the dense physical body for interaction with higher entities. Training involves special locations, logs, and practices for releasing energetic blockages from the body. Students explore connections with universal forces and archetypal energies, including the Earth, Heaven, Holy Spirit, Snake, Tiger, Monkey, Bird, and the Five Dragons. Additional methods include techniques for strengthening life force, enhancing intuition, and cultivating extraordinary resilience — sometimes described as the “strength of the dead man”.
