Overview
MatrixVision® is a structured training system that teaches children and adults to perceive visual information while their eyes are fully covered. This overview explains what the training is, who it is for and how you can start.
What MatrixVision® is
MatrixVision® trains Alternative Vision, also called non-ocular or blindfold vision. It builds on decades of work in this field, including Mark Komissarov's InfoVision method, and organises it into a clear sequence of stages with defined exercises and verification steps.
Who it is for
- Adults who want to expand their perception, focus and self-confidence
- Children, who often learn the exercises remarkably quickly
- People who are blind or visually impaired who want to explore new ways of spatial awareness and orientation
- Coaches and educators who want to understand and later teach the method
How the training works
Training combines relaxation and focus with progressive perception exercises: first light and colour, then shapes, positions and objects. Daily practice turns early successes into a stable skill. A 40-day integration phase helps you anchor what you have learned.
Ways to learn
- Online course: 68 video lessons, training app and 40-day program, self-paced from home
- Live seminars: five-day intensive courses with personal guidance
- Further programs such as retreats, coaching and certification are in preparation
Important to know
MatrixVision® is perceptual training. It does not constitute medical treatment or vision therapy, and it does not replace the care of a doctor or eye specialist.
